01 Introduction

Welcome to PHSWERTE. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Player”) and PHSWERTE (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). 03 Account Registration

When you register a PHSWERTE account, you must give accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during signup.

You are responsible for making sure all details you provide to PHSWERTE are truthful and correct. Submitting false or misleading information—including using another person's identity or mobile wallet details—is a serious breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Username & Password: You must choose a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your PHSWERTE account details with anyone.
• Mobile Number: The mobile number registered to your account must be one that you personally own and control. PHSWERTE uses this number for account verification and for processing wallet-based payment transactions.
• Verification: At any time, PHSWERTE may ask you to confirm your identity. This can involve uploading a copy of a government-issued ID, such as a national ID or another accepted document. If you do not complete the requested verification, your account may be limited.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account details current. If any registered information changes, update it right away through your account settings or by contacting PHSWERTE support.

04 Deposits and Payments

PHSWERTE supports deposits through the accredited mobile wallet options available in your account. All deposit amounts are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at PHSWERTE is shown directly on the deposit page and can change depending on the payment method you select. Always review the current minimums before you start a deposit.
• Processing Time: Mobile wallet deposits are usually credited to your PHSWERTE account within a few minutes. In rare cases such as network interruptions, processing may take longer.
• Deposit Ownership: You may only deposit from a mobile wallet registered under your own name. Deposits from wallets owned by third parties are not allowed and can lead to account suspension.
• Transaction Fees: PHSWERTE does not impose any deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges. Check with your wallet provider for the latest fee schedule.
• Failed Transactions: If a deposit does not reflect in your account, do not repeat the same transaction right away. Save your transaction reference number and get in touch with PHSWERTE support so we can check it without delay.

05 Withdrawals

We aim to process every withdrawal as fast as possible. Your payout will be sent to the same mobile wallet you used for your latest deposit, as long as the conditions below are met.

• Minimum Withdrawal: There is a minimum withdrawal amount, which you can see on the withdrawal page. Any request lower than that amount will not be processed.
• Verification Requirement: Before a withdrawal is released, we may ask you to verify your identity, especially for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts. This is a normal security step to help keep your money safe.
• Wagering Requirements: If you have an active bonus, you need to finish the related wagering requirements before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus. Your account balance will clearly indicate which portion is already withdrawable.

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement. This is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Games that qualify: Not all games count equally toward wagering requirements. Slots usually contribute 100%, while table games and live betting may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion terms for exact details.
• Bonus validity: Any bonus that is not used within its stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One active bonus only: Only one bonus can be active on your PHSWERTE account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion clearly says otherwise.
• Preventing abuse: PHSWERTE monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting patterns, or abusing promotional terms in bad faith. Any such activity may lead to bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on PHSWERTE run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, so every result is genuinely random. No one can foresee, alter, or control an outcome—not even the platform operators. Keep your play responsible and within your personal limits.

• RNG Certification: The platform's RNG systems undergo independent testing and certification. The published Return to Player (RTP) values for each game are accurate and reflect statistical averages over the long term.
• Game Malfunctions: If a technical fault interrupts a game round, that round is treated as void and any stake you placed is returned to your account. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures outside its control.
• Disconnection Policy: If your connection drops during a round, the system will still finish the round using the standard game rules. The result is recorded, and your balance is updated as soon as you reconnect.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The actions listed below are strictly prohibited for every player aged 21 and over. Anyone who takes part in these behaviors faces immediate account suspension, loss of funds, and possible reporting to the proper authorities:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment details, identity fraud, or giving false personal information.

• Money Laundering: Using PHSWERTE for money laundering or to process money from illegal sources is not allowed. We comply with anti-money laundering rules and will report suspicious activity.
• Exploiting Bugs: Intentionally taking advantage of software errors, glitches, or security weaknesses to gain an unfair edge is forbidden. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

PHSWERTE may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without advance notice, in any of these situations:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or providing false identity information
• Not completing identity verification when requested
• Suspected money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward PHSWERTE staff or other players
• When you ask us to close your account voluntarily
• Long period of inactivity — if you do not log in for 12 consecutive months, your account may be marked as dormant.

If your account is closed because of a violation of these platform terms, PHSWERTE may hold any remaining balance while it completes an investigation. If your account is closed voluntarily or for another reason not related to a breach, any verified funds will be returned to the mobile wallet registered on your account.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

PHSWERTE handles your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Whenever you use PHSWERTE, you agree to the collection and use of your data as explained in that policy.

The total amount PHSWERTE may be liable for to any player related to platform use shall not be more than the total deposits made by that player during the 30 days before the event that caused the claim.
